This photo is from the summer of 2019. When I traveled to the countryside to my grandparents' house. I was working all that summer to pay for college and it was very gratifying to be able to raise money for my goals. It was my first year that I had no vacation. I did not go to the beach, nor did I go out with my friends, but I achieved something I never thought, and thanks to my grandparents who received me at home during those months. My grandmother cooked me every day to take food to work, and my grandfather was in charge of feeding the animals and cutting firewood for the house. It was an unforgettable experience, working in the field was not easy, but it was compensated by the place, the animals, and the good company.

In the photo you can see how happy the animals are in that area, that's how I felt, with much abundance and love. I recommend leaving Santiago in the summer, and experimenting in new places, for those who want to work. Can you imagine working by the sea? or in a place with a lot of nature? you fill yourself with the energy of the pachamama and you will return to the city with a new perspective on life.

My favorite piece of technology is unfortunately the cell phone, since it has all the necarious applications that meets most of my needs. I had my first cell phone at age twelve, when it was not yet "touch". Now I have a smart phone that I use every day from home to university, it is my favorite because I can be updated with my family and friends, especially with my grandmother who uploads photos of everything she does. I also use it to record, take photos and notes in class, it is very efficient for me. I would like to depend less on this device, because it makes me forget the reality and everything around me when I use it, the relationships between people are increasingly dependent on applications like whatsapp and instasgram, and they don't take advantage of the moment when they are together. If something is clear to me, it is that this device brings you closer to those who are far away and moves you away from those who are close to you, it is a sad reality that will hardly change.

My name is Javier Aliaga, i'm twenty years old, i was born in Santiago de Chile, and i still live here. I live with my parents and my sister, and she is gratest pride in my life, because she follows my steps.I like to be with my family and friends, it's nice to spend time with them. When I was little, I wanted to be a teacher, but when I grew up, I wanted to be a psychologist or English / French translator, however fate took me to social work and I don’t regret this decision, I have met beautiful people, we help each other and share everything , they are my support and my bad meeting, and that's great, I love you.

My fundamental pillar is Rosita, a friend who represents women in my family who can go far if they propose.
